You don’t need to write a brief. Tell me what you want changed and show me what is there now.
1. Show me the project.
Send your city, one wider photo and a few close-ups. Include rough dimensions and a reference if you have a look in mind.
2. We work through the details.
I’ll ask about the parts I can’t see and discuss materials, access and the result you want. Some projects need an in-person look.
3. We agree on the work and price.
The quote covers the agreed job. If you decide to add something or the plan needs to change, we discuss the price before I do the extra work.
4. We schedule and check the result.
Once the plan is agreed, we set a time. At the end, we go over the work and any care or maintenance details.

I review the scope, access and any specialist or permit requirements before we schedule. If part of your idea needs a licensed trade, I’ll tell you early so you can plan the work properly.
