Can you estimate from photos?
Photos are the starting point. Some details need measurements, a site visit or investigation before I can confirm the scope and price.
Do you charge by the hour?
I quote the agreed project. Materials, preparation, access and the finish affect that price. Changes are discussed before extra work begins.
What if it needs a licensed trade?
I’ll flag that before we schedule. Home Repairman is not a licensed contractor; work outside my scope or requiring a licensed trade or permit is not booked as a small handyman repair.
