HANDYMAN / PAINTING & FINISH REPAIRS
A better finish starts
with the surface.
Doors, trim, local wall areas and small surfaces that need preparation and fresh paint. We’ll plan the finish honestly—without promising an invisible touch-up.
Photo review first. Scope and project price agreed before work begins.
START WITH THE DETAILS
Show me what needs attention.
One wider photo, a couple of close-ups and your city are enough to start.
If the condition, measurements or access need a closer look, we’ll discuss a visit before scheduling.
THE SCOPE
More than a new coat.
Preparation and local repairs
Peeling edges, scratches and worn surfaces need the right preparation. Send close-ups and a wider view; note the material and any known moisture problem.
Touch-up or repaint?
Paint changes with age. Even the original color can look different because of sheen, lighting or wear. Repainting a whole small surface may give a more consistent result.
Doors, trim and small areas
Let me know what needs painting, what should stay untouched, and whether you already have the paint. We’ll agree on the area, preparation and finish before work starts.
FROM THE PROJECT ARCHIVE
A lighter finish on existing cabinets.
The kitchen cabinet project shows why preparation and the finished room both matter. Cabinet refinishing has its own scope and service page.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few useful answers.
Should I buy the paint first?
Let’s confirm the surface, product and finish first. Send a photo of any existing can or product label.
What about old or damaged coatings?
Suspected lead paint, extensive coating removal or significant water damage needs appropriate specialist assessment before ordinary finish work.
