What I need to know
The brand and model, the number of items and whether everything has arrived. A photo of the boxes and the room helps. Mention stairs, tight access and whether packaging removal is part of your request.
Assembly, with the instructions in front of us
The aim is a piece assembled as the manufacturer intended, with the right parts in the right places. If hardware is missing or a panel is damaged, we’ll discuss it before improvising a fix.
Anchoring is a separate detail to confirm
Some furniture requires an anti-tip restraint. Send that part of the instructions too. Wall construction, fixings and permission to drill affect the scope; required anchoring should never be skipped just to finish an assembly.
Already assembled, but coming loose?
