FIXTURE REPAIRS

A small fixture problem? Show me what’s happening.

A dripping fixture or loose fitting needs a closer look before anyone can promise a quick fix. Send photos of the fixture and the area around it.

What to send

A photo of the whole fixture, a close-up of the problem and the make or model if you know it. Tell me when the issue happens and whether anything was changed recently. Avoid dismantling parts just to take a picture.

Which jobs are a fit?

Send the fixture, the problem and the surrounding area. I’ll review whether I can help or whether you need a licensed plumber. Gas, concealed lines, repiping and permit work need the appropriate trade.

When to call a plumber

For active flooding, shut off the water only if you can do so safely and contact a licensed plumber. Ongoing leaks, damaged supply lines and hidden water damage need proper assessment. This is not an emergency plumbing service.

We’ll agree on the approach, materials and price before scheduling. See how I work.

Send a few photos, your city and a short description. I’ll take a look and let you know the next step.
